The Fraternal Order of Eagles

Founded in 1898 in Seattle, Washington, the Fraternal Order of Eagles is one of America's oldest and most respected fraternal organizations. With over a million members across thousands of Aeries nationwide, the FOE has been a driving force for social progress — championing Social Security, Medicare, and countless local charitable causes.

The FOE motto, "People Helping People," is not just a slogan — it's a way of life for every Eagle. From supporting veterans to funding medical research, Eagles show up for their communities every single day.

125 Years of Service

1900

Aerie Founded

Rosedale Aerie #1100 chartered as a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

1920s

Community Growth

Membership expanded rapidly as Eagles became a cornerstone of Rosedale civic life.

1950s

Veterans Support

Aerie #1100 launched dedicated programs to support returning veterans and their families.

1980s

Hall Expansion

The Aerie Hall was expanded to accommodate growing membership and community events.

2000s

Centennial Celebration

Celebrated 100 years of brotherhood and service with a landmark community gala.
